What is otoguard?

A system that automates the delivery workflow for digital account sellers. The buyer enters their key and retrieves login credentials and verification codes independently.

Where do I get my key?

The store where you purchased the item provides the key. otoguard does not sell products directly; the store delivers both the item and the key.

How does the Steam Guard code work?

The verification code is fetched automatically via the account configured by the store and displayed instantly. Codes remain valid briefly; you can request a new one once expired.

Why do I see a "too many requests" notice?

Code request frequency and total allowances are restricted to prevent account abuse. Limits depend on store configurations; you may retry once the cooldown window expires.

Why does the store page say "service unavailable"?

The store's subscription may have expired. Once the merchant renews their subscription, the page reopens; please reach out to the store.

How is my data protected?

Connections are encrypted, and passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes. A valid key is required to view account credentials; see the Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I get started as a merchant?

Merchant accounts are created using invite codes. If you possess a code, create your account via the registration page and manage your platforms, accounts, and keys.

How can I tell if the system is experiencing downtime?
