Terms of Service

The platform provides software infrastructure automating the delivery workflow for merchants selling digital accounts. The platform does not directly sell games or products to end consumers; it enables merchants to administer their own transactions.

Merchant accounts are activated through valid invite and subscription codes. Upon subscription expiration, the storefront and delivery views are temporarily closed; they reopen once renewed. Merchant privileges are non-transferable.

Users are responsible for keeping assigned delivery keys, usernames, and passwords confidential. The account owner bears responsibility for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.

Using the system for unlawful activities, fraudulent deliveries, unauthorized system probing, or cyber attacks is strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate access termination.

Steam and other listed platform trademarks are the property of their respective owners. The platform operates independently as an infrastructure tool and maintains no official affiliation or endorsement with these entities.

The software is provided on an as-is basis. The system cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from external platform outages, operator error, or force majeure events.

These terms may be revised periodically. Updated versions take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
